I have lived in Grand County for over 25 years and have been a Realtor here for over twenty years. The small town of Wray, Colorado provided the setting for Peggy's early years and shaped much of her small town warmth and hospitality. At the age of 21, Peggy and her husband John owned and operated an island resort on the Canadian border. They also had a mainland restaurant with a great repeat client who left a $100 tip every time Peggy told him of someone moving into or out of the area. That was the start of Peggy's new career in real estate and she received her license in 1982. In 1985, Peggy and her family moved to Estes Park, Colorado. By 1988, Peggy had her own company and in 1996, purchased a RE/MAX franchise in Estes Park, CO

I believe you should do something in life that you enjoy. My main goal has been to communicate with people in a way that makes them feel comfortable and at ease. Even though real estate is a pretty universal language, I still work to develop a greater personal relationship and connection with my clients. I find that humor and laughter are the best medicine to work through any situation.

Satisfied clients are the key to ones reputation and referrals are the testimony to one success. I think I've succeeded in having people automatically link me and my name with real estate.
